Will we be able to set holidays for specific employees and have those days automatically added to the appropriate records?
Yes, there is a benefit hours section in the software where you can track planned vacation, sick, training hours and then when verified and used, you will apply any of these items to the actual employee timecards so that the rate of pay and dates are reflected for the current payroll period.

As an administrator, will all the schools/locations be able to be accessed from one screen with a drop down menu as in Time America’s software?
If you track all the employees under a corporate site and lend the employees out to the sites where they work, all the time cards would be stored at a single database location for paycheck processing. Otherwise if you set up the employees within the individual databases and not at one main location, you will access the site by clicking on the menu of schools.

Can an employee be moved from one school/location to another easily?
Yes see above. As this is an SQL database, the file of the employee exists once and you can connect it to different locations for check in/out. When you type in the Employees name to set up a new account it will give you suggestions of accounts that already exist and if the person is one in the same as another already at another location, you simply click on the name to import.

Is ProCare being used by companies larger than Stepping Stone? Is there a maximum limit to the number of employees before the system slows down?

Is there a renewal date when benefits automatically renew or does it have to be done manually?
No, you determine when new benefits are renewed and for how much.

How can I track the employees eligible for insurance (minimum 30 hrs /week)? and those eligible for PTO/Holiday (minimum of 37.5 hrs/week)?
If these are consistent requirements that must be met every payday then you can set it up as a tracking code: Eligible for Insurance (30). Eligible for PTO (37.5). This will also help you with scheduling to insure that they have been scheduled the minimum requirement to maintain that eligibility.
