Printing one child's future schedule
Hi - Is there anyway to print one child's future schedules for a particular date range? We would need to show the parent the number of days and weeks they are attending over the summer. I can print for one week at a time but not an entire month or date range. Thanks

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Hello Mweaver.  Thanks for the question. You will want to create a specific schedule for just the summer months. You can then print the schedule as follows: click the child's schedule icon, then dbl-click the desired schedule, the summer schedule in your case, then click the Report button at the bottom. This prints the days and times in/out, with the start/end dates of that schedule at the top, for just that one child.  Hope this helps.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
How can we print this report for all students without printing them 1 at a time?

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Hello CSAdmin. Thanks for the question. You may print a variety of reports with a future date range that will show the child's schedule by choosing any report with the word schedule in the title, such as the Rollcall or Signin Sheets. Also, you can run the Classroom Schedule Analysis reports. I'd recommend the Weekly Classroom Schedule Summary. Hope this helps.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
I couldn't find a way to group/print any of these reports by child - they all group by classroom or none.  I would like to give each parent a copy of their own child's schedule for the next school year.  The report that you mentioned a few threads above prints exactly what I want, but I would have to go each child's schedule and print separately.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Hello CSAdmin. I apparently misunderstood your question. Currently, there isn't a batch report, by child, for a range of dates. You would need to print each one individually. However, this has been submitted as a future enhancement to our reports. Thanks for the feedback.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Is it possible to email schedules individually to each family. This would be a terrific feature.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Hello Fraziert. You can email any report in procare. So, for child schedules, run the desired child schedule report and then choose the email icon rather than the print icon in the upper left corner.  You'll need to know the email address you want to send it to. That's all there is to it.

Hope this helps.

 Hi Doug,
Is it possible to email each family their child's schedule using a batch function?
Thanks.

RE:Printing one child's future schedule
Morningstar,

There is no batch function for emailing schedules. If you are on Procare Cloud, parents can check their own schedules using MyProcare
